The world needs entrepreneurs – the doers and makers of things – but not all ecosystems enjoy the entrepreneurial culture that is prevalent in startup hubs like Silicon Valley, Singapore and São Paulo.

During Global Entrepreneurship Week, November 14 to 20, Bristol Community College’s Academic Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE) will host a series of events celebrating the successes and impact of entrepreneurs to help break down cultural barriers and expand the entrepreneurial spirit.

The Academic Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE) at Bristol Community College is a community business resource offering assistance in business planning for newly established or existing businesses and even the idea of starting your own business. The center helps business owners and potential business owners take a comprehensive survey of their business initiative from market research to business plan development to strategic marketing decisions. The college’s Experiential Education Center (EEC) provides hands-on opportunities that allow students to apply classroom concepts to real-world experiences. EEC students gain valuable experience in their field of interest, as well as create connections to expand their personal and professional network.

Please note that Bristol Community College students and community members who are attending indoor events must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, as defined by the policy, or have a valid accommodation for COVID-19. For more information, please visit https://bristolcc.edu/visitorvaccinationpolicy
